How Many Diapers Do I Need?
For 2-3 days between washing we recommend 15-30 diapers. Newborns can go through 12 diapers each day. As babies grow they may only need 5-8 diapers per day.
Imagine 'Smart Fit' prefolds are made up of three panels of various layers of fabric. The outer panels have four layers and the middle layer is a super absorbent eight layers. Our dimensions are different than the traditional prefolds found on the market - shorter and wider so they fit wonderfully into most diaper covers! Imagine 'Smart Fit' prefolds can be used alone in most diaper covers however they can be used with diaper pins or fasteners.
Available in Unbleached, White, and Bamboo!
Unbleached prefolds are a beautiful natural color free of any whitening process. We recommend washing and drying them at least four to five times on hot before using to help strip the natural oils and make them absorbent.
White prefolds are chlorine-free! They are whitened with a peroxide bleach solution maintaining a low pH level to help avoid any skin allergies. We still recommend washing and drying your prefolds at least three times before using.
Bamboo Prefolds are just like the highly sought after Imagine 'Smart Fit' Cotton Prefolds, but made from 55% Bamboo and 45% Organic Cotton. They are made especially for us using the highest quality Indian Cotton that is known to be the superior material for making prefold diapers. To prep them for use, wash and dry them four to five times in a hot or warm wash cycle using detergent and drying them in the dryer each time.
