How long will it take my order to ship?

Here at the Green Tot Spot, we understand the importance of speedy fulfillment times! 

Most products will ship within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and Holidays). Exceptions include large diaper packs. Large diaper packs will ship within 1-3 business days.

Products with longer processing time will be noted in the product description. If no processing time note is present, product will ship within the standard 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and Holidays).

What does it cost to ship my package?

Your order ships FREE within the U.S., U.S. Territories and U.S. APOs. Minimum order is $5.00 USD.  

If you are located outside of the U.S. Please contact us at contact@thegreentotspot.com or click the blue "Message Us" located at the top right hand side of the screen. Please be advised, some brands do not allow sales outside of the U.S.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on most regular priced products as long as they remain in their original, unopened/unused condition.

Products that cannot be returned are listed in the product description. These include (but are not limited to): Re-Play without packing; nipple balms, soaps, diaper creams, diaper balms, liquid detergents.

How many cloth diapers do I need to get started?

 

Newborns (0-6 months) - it is recommended to have 20-24 cloth diaper changes for an every other day wash routine. Newborns will go through about 12-15 diapers per day!

NOTE: The Green Tot Spot has a newborn cloth diaper rental program to help drastically cut down the cost of newborn diapers! CLICK HERE for more information.

Infants (6-12 months) - it is recommended to have 14-18 cloth diaper changes for an every other day wash routine. Infants will go through about 7-9 diapers a day.

Older Babies (12-24+ months) - it is recommended to have 12-16 cloth diaper changes for an every other day wash routine. Older babies will go through about 6-8 diaper changes a day.

REMEMBER: The figures above are an estimate for an every other day wash routine. If you are planning on a longer / shorter laundry day routine, adjust accordingly for a recommended cloth diaper stash size based upon approximately how many diapers per day your baby may use.

EXAMPLE: if you would like to only wash your newborn's cloth diapers every 3 days, then multiple by 3:

12 x 3 = 24 & 15 x 3 = 30.... this means you will need about 24-30 cloth diapers for an every three (3) day wash routine.
