Shipping & Returns


We are open Wednesday - Saturday 9am - 2pm CST. 

Our goal is to have all orders processed and shipped within 1 business day, but not to exceed 4 business days*.

*This excludes holiday's, closures, sales, inclement weather, etc




  1. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date - you must notify us prior to sending an item in for return for approval. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original purchase date. Refunds will equal the purchase price and sales tax.
  2. If purchase qualified for free shipping promotion, cost of original shipping to your location will be deducted from refund.
  3. Any returns requests that have not been made and postmarked by 30 days of purchase date may still be returned for store credit only at 85% of the purchase rate as a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Returns for store credit will be accepted within 60 days of original purchase date.
  4. Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging may be returned. Any damaged items including stains, smells, hair, etc will not be accepted. If item is damaged upon receipt, contact us immediately (within 24 hours) to rectify the matter.
  5. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend purchasing package insurance or using Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package is traceable. The Green Tot Spot is not responsible for returned items that are damaged in transit or that we do not receive.
  6. If coupon code used or promotion was applied in transaction to receive free gift, the gift must be returned in its original (new) and undamaged condition, otherwise 1.) the return will be denied or 2.) the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the return total. Option 2 is only valid if return value exceeds retail value of free gift.
  7. If coupon code was used or promotion applied for discount/free item for reaching a spending threshold, the discounted total / free item value will be deducted from the return value of the returned item.
  8. ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED DUE TO NATURE OF PRODUCT: mama cloth, un-packaged Re-Play brand products, gently used cloth diapers, Free/promotional items. Opened Unicorn Detergents. Certain CJs BUTTer Products (please see description under product for return information). Or any other item stating unable to be returned in item description. This does not mean items do not carry a manufacturer's warranty (with the exclusion of gently used items). In the event a warrantied item is damaged, please contact manufacturer for assistance. 
  9. Final Sale or Clearance Items. These items cannot be returned/exchanged. Please be advised, that due to the nature of Final Sale or Clearance items, these do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. However, if the item arrives with a defect, please contact us via email at to arrange a solution.
  10. Processing return may take up to 10 business days.



  1. We do not process exchanges as this time (exception only in event of damage or warranty related item - please see warranty page for additional information on defective products). If you believe you have defective merchandise, you must contact the manufacturer directly. We cannot accept returns on defective merchandise.
