Cloth Diaper Rental Packages
Newborn Rental Programs: Instead of investing in a newborn cloth diaper stash that your little one will grow out of, rent them for as little as $25 per month!
HOW IT WORKS:
Chose from the rental package options we have available, add to cart and check out. Once your rental fee is received, an additional invoice for deposit will be sent within 24 business hours. Please see below for information on refund of deposit.
Upon checkout, please enter requested date in the order notes along with Girl, Boy, or Gender Neutral.
Once your diapers are received, use them for the agreed upon rental period. The rental period begins from the date you received your diapers OR the date of arrival of your little one, which ever comes later. Return your program items clean, dry, and in good condition and receive your security deposit back (less cost of repairs required if any) in the form of a refund, store credit, or used as security deposit towards another rental program.
PACKAGES:
Newborn Packages Rental Period: 8 weeks
If your newborn is not ready to move up to One Size diapers at the end of your rental period, you may request to extend your rental for an additional 4 weeks for a flat fee of $35 (no additional deposit).

This package includes 24 All-In-One (AIO) newborn diapers and a wet bag, plus a FREE gift for you to keep!
Newborn AIO Package rate: $100 + Security Deposit: $100
Newborn Pre-Folds and Covers Package
This package comes with 24 cotton prefolds, 8 newborn covers, 2 snappis, and 1 wet bag, plus a FREE gift for you to keep!
Package Rate: $70 + Security Deposit: $75
Newborn Pre-Folds and Covers Package - Part Time (or every day wash routine)
This package comes with 18 cotton prefolds, 6 newborn covers, 1 snappi, and 1 wet bag, plus a FREE gift for you to keep!
Package Rate: $50 + Security Deposit: $75
Newborn Fitteds and Covers Package
This package comes with 24 cotton fitteds, 8 newborn covers, 2 snappis, and 1 wet bag, plus a FREE gift for you to keep!

Newborn Mix of Styles Package
This package comes with a total of 24 cloth diaper changes in a mix of pre-folds, flats, fitteds, covers and all-in-ones. It also includes a snappi diaper fastener and a wet bag, plus a FREE gift for you to keep!

Month-to-Month Rentals / Rent-to-Own Packages

Local Pick-Up:
New Braunfels TX and surrounding areas - Local Pick Up of completed rental packages are available free of charge.

Rental Items
Rental items will be a mix of new and gently used. Gently used diapers have been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and ready for immediate use. New diapers may need prep before use, instructions will be included in packet.
If at any time you are unsatisfied with your rental items due to performance or fit issues, reach out to us to troubleshoot and assist in correcting the issue (this may include replacement of rental item(s) at The Green Tot Spot's Discretion).
Security Deposit
A one-time security deposit is required at time of order. Standard security deposits are $75 - $100 depending upon package (excludes custom packages). Security Deposit amounts are listed with package description and rates.
Upon receipt of your return, all rental program items will be assessed for damages that require repair (outside of expected normal wear). If no damages noted, then security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 business days. If damages are noted, then security deposit, minus cost of repairs, will be refunded within 14 business days. See rental agreement for further information.
Security Deposits are transferable. If you choose to sign up for an additional rental package after your current rental package has ended, your security deposit (minus cost of repairs, if any) can be transferred to your new rental package.
**Preferred Method** Security Deposits can be used as store credit. After return of your rental program items, you may request store credit to be used in any way you wish. As a thank you for choosing this method, you will receive an additional 10% off discount code. This one-time discount code can be used at any time.
Order Fulfillment
For Newborn packages: At least one month before your estimated due date, place your order for your desired rental program and schedule shipment 1-2 weeks before your due date. Your rental period will begin on the day you receive your rental package OR on the day your newborn has arrived, whichever comes later.
For Custom Packages: fulfillment time may take up to 2-3 weeks.
For all other packages: rental package fulfillment time will take 1-2 weeks based on availability. Ready to ship rental packages can be fulfilled within 1 week.
*Fulfillment times begin from order placement, payment of rental fee, payment of deposit AND confirmation of agreement to Rental Agreement.
Shipping
Rental package price includes shipping to you only. You are responsible for return shipping of rental items.
